Some of the things I remember enjoying were Chess club, Camera club and the audio/video hour at school. I use to deliver and pick up the film projectors and films to the various class rooms, setup the PA at the field for games and other projects.

My parents home was on the corner of 48th and Beard, just one block from Southwest High school. It was just a short walk every day to school and back. I remember in PE class when we jogged to the field, the PE instructor would always make sure to tell everyone not to cut across my parents lawn on the way to the field. I also enjoyed being in the marching band especially when we marched pass our house. Lots of fond memories of high school.
